Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be in unused condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Approval and Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are only processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We do not offer refunds for items returned without prior approval or beyond the 7-day return window.
Non-Returnable Items
